How can I exchange goods?

It can of course happen that you would rather have an article in a different variant or with a different motif. This is not a problem. Simply register the return with the corresponding article. We will then check and confirm your return notification and you will receive all the necessary documents from us.

How can I return my items?

You have the option of canceling your order within 14 days of receiving the complete shipment. In order to be able to process your return quickly, we ask you to register it on Mahlwerck.de. You can do this as follows:

To register the return, you need your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation or invoice that you received from us by email) and your email address.

Select the item you want to return and the number of items and Please state the reason for your return. You can register the return using the "Create return" button.

Our service team will then check the reason for the return and contact you.


Is the return free of charge for me?

If everything was in order with your delivered items, we reserve the right to withhold the regular costs of the return from the reimbursement amount. The costs for us are € 4,95.


How long do I have to return my items?

At Mahlwerck, you have the option of returning items within 14 days of receiving the complete order.


How do I complain about one of my items? (Wrong delivery or defective article)

If it happens that an article is damaged or you have received the wrong article, you can register your complaint with us. You can do this as follows:
Please register your complaint using the online return form. However, send us your article not yet return. Your complaint will first be checked. Our service team will coordinate the details with you.


2. Return documents

After you have registered for the return, you will receive the necessary documents from us (return slip and / or the return label).


3. Packing & shipping

Please use the original box to return the goods to us completely, in their original packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition. Pack the shipment together with the completed return slip in the package.



4. Refund your payment

As soon as we have received the return, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. Your payment will always be refunded based on the payment option you used for the respective order.

What do I have to consider when sending a return?

  • Please send the items in their original packaging if possible.
  • In order to be able to process your return as quickly as possible, we ask you to enclose the return slip.
  • Parcels sent freight collect (parcels that are not franked) cannot be accepted by Mahlwerck and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Important: Keep the consignor's posting receipt until the purchase price has been reimbursed.
  • If you have any complaints or discrepancies, please contact our customer service immediately by email at shop@mahlwerck.de or via the contact form.
  • These are only recommendations on our part; this does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Are there any return costs?

Which shipping service provider can be chosen?

The easiest way to return is using our DHL return label. This will be made available to you after registering the return. The return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can send your return to a shipping service provider of your choice. Please post sufficient postage for the return and send it to:

I did not create a customer account when I placed my order. How can I request returns for guest orders?

When and to whom does the right of return apply?

The right of return only applies to end customers and not for commercial customers. Items that have been used or damaged are excluded from the right of return. You can find more information in the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
