Prices and shipping costs
The product prices stated on the product pages contain the statutory value added tax and other price components. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
We only deliver within Germany. From an order value of 40 euros, there are no shipping costs. Up to 40 euros the shipping costs are 4,95 euros. The return costs are generally € 4,95. In the event of incorrect deliveries or if the items are faulty, Mahlwerck will pay the return fees. All prices are gross prices including the applicable VAT. The delivery costs are shown separately for each order.
Shipping & delivery time:
Dispatch takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of the full purchase price plus delivery and shipping costs. The availabilities of the articles are shown on the product pages.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You can also see the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. Should we not be able to meet promised delivery times due to incidents beyond our control, we will inform you immediately.
Mahlwerck delivers the goods with the parcel service DHL. As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive an email notification with the details of the DHL tracking number. You can call up the shipment status after collection by DHL via the link.
Please note that you must check the goods for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage after receipt and report any complaints to us.
Warranty claims remain unaffected by this. If you notice any transport damage to the product, please fill out the return slip and have the package returned to us. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.

If the buyer is a consumer, the seller bears the shipping risk regardless of the type of shipment (insured or uninsured) and the shipping costs incurred. If the buyer is not a consumer, delivery and dispatch are at his own risk.
It is agreed that in the event that consumers exercise their right of withdrawal for distance sales contracts, the consumer must bear the regular costs of returning the goods in accordance with Section 357 (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
